Vendors View All

Eagle CMMS uses the Vendors windows to account for external contractors as well as merchants. For example, if you contract all your maintenance staff duties, the contractors are considered Vendors. When you assign a Vendor role, you have the option to grant either Vendor Unlimited or Vendor Limited. Unlimited Vendors are allowed to submit work order requests.

Like other View All lists in Eagle CMMS, you can:

  • See a list of all Contractors and Vendors on the Vendors > View All window.

  • Edit an existing record.

  • Create a new Vendor record by clicking Add at the upper right. See Create Vendor for details.

  • Download new Vendor information to an Excel spreadsheet by selecting the Download Data button.
